• Maintain account security and notify us of unauthorized use

• No unlawful activity, interference, or harmful code
• No scraping or impersonation

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds only where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Service content and features are owned by Homevisory. Do not copy or misuse trademarks.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service provided "AS IS" without warranties. Maintenance guidance is general and may not fit all cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

Homevisory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Homevisory from claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

Florida law governs these Terms. Venue is in Orange County, Florida.

We may update these Terms and will post changes here. Continued use means acceptance.
