How is the Home Health Score calculated?
It’s a 0–100 number based on your home’s age, systems, climate risk, and recent maintenance. Five categories (HVAC, Water, Roof, Safety, Climate) each contribute, weighted by how much they affect home value and risk. Sources: NOAA climate data, NCHH/HHS healthy-home guidance, and industry maintenance norms.
Is it really free?

What data do you collect?
Just what you tell us in the 90-second onboarding (home type, age, ZIP, systems, recent maintenance) plus anything you upload to Quote Check. We never sell your data. Read the privacy policy for details.
How does Quote Check work?
Drop in a photo or PDF of any contractor estimate. We pull the line items, compare against regional pricing data + industry standards, and tell you in 60 seconds if the price is fair, what’s missing, what’s padded, and what protections to ask for.
